We wanted to thank you for helping us through the home buying and selling process.  This is the first time that we had to sell a home, however we are certain that without your assistance the sale of our home in Fairport Harbor would not have been completed.  There were so many potential barriers that you worked so diligently to overcome.  We have a hard time believing that another Realtor would be as persistant in making sure that the sale would not fail, not to mention how optimistic and encouraging you were during the extremely stressfull process.

We found that you were extremely professional, especially when things became ridiculously petty.  It would have been very easy to become emotional, as we had become, but you maintained your professionalism and got the job done.

We also wanted to give a special thank you to Lee, Mary & Lisa.  Lee was able to transparently continue our search for a new home in your absense.  Mary "held our hands" through the entire process by making sure that we had everything we needed during the contract negotiations and keeping us aware of any and all developments.  Lisa was instrumental in obtaining the Geauga County Septic Inspection completed in a timely manner.
